How can provide free samples to you?
(1) Every month our store will hold some promotional activities. If you are interested in some products, you can contact our sales assistants. and we will send you samples free of charge.
(2) We will hold 2-4 live streams every week(Wednesday/Friday). During the live streams, if you enter our store and pay attention to our store, you will also get free samples.
What is the policy for resolving issues that may occur in custom samples?
(1) If you want to customize your logo, the sample production time is about 7-10 days and then ship out. If not, samples can be shipped 3 days later.
(2) If your customized samples contains logo process. We will charge some opening edition fee. But when you want to continue to place bulk orders with us, we will refund the opening edition fee to your bulk orders.
(3) When you receive our samples and find that your products do not meet your needs, you can contact our sales team. In order to show our sincerity of cooperation, we will give you some discount or some newly developed samples when you place your next order.
