2. Construction & Craftsmanship

The jacket’s seam-sealed waterproof construction underwent 86 precision manufacturing steps.
All seams remained flat and intact after extended movement, ensuring no leakage or discomfort.
Its tri-shield outer fabric—windproof, waterproof, and dust-resistant—provided comprehensive protection during high winds up to 45 km/h.

3. Comfort & Mobility

The 3D ergonomic cut was designed specifically for Asian body shapes, allowing natural movement during climbing, crouching, or walking.
The soft inner lining minimized friction and delivered long-term comfort.

4. Material Science

The jacket integrates a multi-layer thermal and moisture management system:
Outer windproof layer blocks cold air;
Middle waterproof-breathable membrane expels heat and vapor;
Inner lining enhances dryness and comfort.
Lab simulations showed a stable 4°C thermal balance between internal and external temperatures during active wear.

5. Durability

After multiple rounds of optimized design, the jacket’s durability was verified through abrasion, washing, and field exposure tests.
